These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rusticwisdom.in, the Rustic Wisdom mobile application ("App"), and the coaching programmes and related services (together, the "Services") operated by RUSTIC WISDOM PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Rustic Wisdom provides preventive health and wellness coaching. Through the website you can learn about our programmes, read our articles, enquire about a programme, and register for webinars. Through the App, enrolled clients are guided by a personal coach with a programme built on diet, routine and lifestyle changes, and can book related services such as blood tests.
To track your health progress during a programme, the App provides wellness and lifestyle tracking features including:
These features exist to help you and your coach see the effect of your programme over time. The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only.
Programme fees are paid in advance through a third-party payment gateway, either inside the App or through a payment link that we send you. Payment links are sent only from Rustic Wisdom or your assigned coach; if you are unsure whether a link is genuine, contact us before paying.
Rustic Wisdom is not a medical organisation. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our programmes are rendered towards preventive health care and the maintenance of good health only, and our diet, routine and exercise recommendations must not be taken as medical advice, treatment, prescriptions, or diagnoses.
The wellness information presented in the Services should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.
Medical disclaimer. If you are over 35 years of age, have not been physically active for more than a year, are pregnant, or have any medical condition that may put you at risk, you must obtain approval from a qualified healthcare practitioner before starting a programme. Such conditions include, without limitation:
Stop any exercise that causes pain or severe discomfort and consult a medical expert before resuming. You agree that you will not disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of anything provided through the Services, and that Rustic Wisdom is not responsible for the consequences of doing so.

The App reads this data only to help you and your coach track your health progress and the effect of programme changes. We do not modify, delete, or write data back to these platforms. You can revoke the permission at any time from your device settings.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from third-party health platforms.
We are not liable for any injury, damage or other consequence, health-related or otherwise, arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Client transformations. We publish a client's transformation story, photos or results on our social media handles or website only after obtaining that client's consent. Without consent, we do not post it. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the Grievance Officer named in section 14, and we will take the content down.
Rustic Wisdom provides guidance based on the information you share with us. We do not guarantee any particular result, or how quickly a result will be reached. Results depend on following the diet, routine and recommendations consistently over a considerable period, and you are responsible for the results you achieve. No certification is issued for any programme.
The Services may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, analytics, cloud hosting, platform health services, and a diagnostic laboratory for blood tests booked through the App. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of such third parties, and blood tests are administered independently by the laboratory.
Fees for programmes and paid features are payable in advance and are processed by third-party payment providers. Rustic Wisdom does not store your card or bank details.
Due to the nature of our services, there are no refunds or cancellations once an order is placed and the payment has been processed. Billing discrepancies must be reported within 30 days. The full terms, including the conditions for products and blood tests booked through the App, are on our Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
In all circumstances, Rustic Wisdom's total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service or product concerned.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, you agree to first try to resolve it with us in good faith by writing to the Grievance Officer named in section 14. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration will be Bengaluru and the proceedings will be in English. Subject to this, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
