• Android Health Connect
• Apple Health (HealthKit)

The data accessed may include:

• Steps
• Exercise sessions
• Sleep data
• Heart rate
• Total calories burned
• Hydration records

The App reads this data only to provide wellness insights. We do not modify, delete, or write data back to these platforms.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data obtained from third-party health platforms.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
• Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials

6. Third-Party Services
