This policy applies to every payment made to Rustic Wisdom Private Limited ("Rustic Wisdom", "we", "us") for coaching programmes, packages, consultations, events and related services, whether the payment is made through our website, our mobile application, a payment link we send you, or any other channel we make available. It forms part of our Terms of Use; by making a payment you agree to the pricing and refund terms set out here as they stand on the date of payment.
Products and blood tests booked through the mobile application have their own conditions, described further down this page.
All fees are payable in advance for the service you have chosen. Payments are collected through a third-party payment gateway; Rustic Wisdom does not store your card or bank details. You are responsible for keeping your contact and billing details with us up to date, including your phone number, email address and payment instrument.
Rustic Wisdom may introduce new services for additional fees, or revise the fees for existing services, at any time and at its sole discretion. A change in fees does not affect a programme you have already paid for.
No. Because of the personalised nature of our services, there are no refunds or cancellations once an order is placed and the payment has been processed. This applies regardless of how much of the programme has been used.
In particular, no refund is granted if you interrupt, pause or stop an ongoing programme for any reason, including pregnancy, illness, travel, holidays, a change of circumstances or a change of mind. Any instalments or sums that remain unpaid for a programme you have enrolled in continue to be due.
Refund requests will not be entertained for any reason that is not beyond Rustic Wisdom's control.
Where the reason lies with us rather than with you, Rustic Wisdom will make suitable arrangements for the effective provision of the services you have paid for, so that you receive what you purchased. This is the remedy we provide in place of a cash refund.
Rustic Wisdom reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any service. Where a paid service is discontinued before it has been delivered, we will make alternative arrangements for you as described above.
No. Rustic Wisdom provides guidance based on the information you share with us. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, or how quickly an outcome will be reached. Results depend on following the diet, routine and recommendations consistently over a considerable period, and you are responsible for the results you achieve. Not achieving a desired result is not a ground for a refund.
Rustic Wisdom is not a medical organisation. Our programmes are rendered towards preventive health care and the maintenance of good health only, and nothing we recommend should be taken as medical advice, treatment, prescription or diagnosis.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, or you notice a discrepancy on your statement, you must tell us within 30 (thirty) days of the charge first appearing. Write to contact@rusticwisdom.in with the transaction reference, the amount and the date. If a billing problem is not brought to our attention within 30 days, you agree to waive your right to dispute it.
Where a payment is disputed with the payment provider, Rustic Wisdom's responsibility is to pass the dispute on to the payment gateway provider for resolution. This is the full extent of our obligation in respect of disputed payments.
Yes. In all circumstances, Rustic Wisdom's liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service or product concerned, as set out in our Terms of Use.

Where a refund is approved, the amount is credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take a few further days to reflect in your account.
Email contact@rusticwisdom.in from the email address registered with us, or call +91 90084 82055, and include your name, the programme or order concerned, the payment reference and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge the request and respond after reviewing it against this policy.

Yes. We may revise this policy from time to time by updating this page. The version published on the date of your payment applies to that payment. Continued use of our services after a revision is published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
